Elevating the Hiring Process
When Melissa stepped into her role at SBH; she inherited the challenge of initiating a comprehensive background check implementation project from scratch. Before the collaboration with Accurate, the company had limited background check procedures, primarily reserved for executive-level and finance team hires.

Currently, Sally Beauty Holdings leverages Accurate’s criminal checks, drug testing (oral instant and urine tests), and employment verifications.
Since 2021, Sally Beauty Holdings has conducted over 75,000 background checks, with an average turnaround time of 0.90 days. With Accurate’s simple and streamlined solutions, 94% of candidates for SBH have also been able to start their background check process in just one day or less, reducing the average time to hire significantly.

We also really like being able to use the 24/7 customer chat support so that we can get basic answers quickly and easily,” said Robinette.
