Understand testing requirements
According to the Center for Disease Control (CDC), viral testing for SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes COVID-19) to determine if an employee has an active case of COVID-19 – when conducted in a timely manner – can be part of a workplace safety plan to determine a plan to stop the spread of the virus.
One of Accurate’s core tenets is ensuring we work in partnership with our clients to help them provide a safe work environment and mitigate risk throughout the employment screening and onboarding process. To this end, Accurate has partnered with CRL (Clinical Reference Laboratory) to offer a self-collected testing solution for determining COVID-19 status to help get employees safely back to work.
Benefits for employers

Any plan to test employees should be used to provide actionable information and as a part of a comprehensive return-to-work program. Keep in mind: the COVID-19 pandemic, and any related guidance from government agencies and public health authorities including the CDC and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, is dynamic and subject to change at any time.

Hire the best talent
Bad hires are more than just financially damaging – they can also destabilize a healthy workforce and cause managers to lose focus from high-performing employees. Accurate delivers searches across social media platforms (and will report only high-confidence negative postings that comply with all privacy regulations). In addition, Accurate can explore beyond the addresses provided by the candidate to deliver extremely robust criminal searches.
