AccurateAce provides an Order Number on your background check report that is 8 digits and starts with “1” (Example: 11051090). Accurate Ace emails also come from ace_admin@accurate.com. Please check your email communications or background check report to help you determine the correct service.

AccurateNow

AccurateNow does not provide an Order Number or Search ID with your background check. Please check your email for communications that come from an email address ending with “@accuratenow.com.”
